In our first conversation, we’re looking to see if I align with what you’re looking for in a therapist right now and how it feels to talk together. This initial conversation typically lasts about 15-20 minutes.

I have found therapy is most helpful when we have a weekly in person appointment. Being ready to commit to attend sessions consistently and be an active participant is essential in order to benefit from therapy.
